Refund & Cancellation

Cancellations

Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled slot from the "My bookings" page or by calling the front desk.

Refunds

Prepaid consultation fees are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days for eligible cancellations. Diagnostic tests already conducted are non-refundable.

No-shows

Missed appointments without prior cancellation are non-refundable. Please inform us if you cannot make it — we can offer the slot to someone in need.
